Feb 14, 3 Hr. Elective, "Buyer Representation": a basic but comprehensive review of the value of buyer representation based on the Agent's understanding of skills, duties and responsibilities that make this practice an important real estate specialty.

March 20 , The Mandatory Core, Delivered with Humor and Insight from 25 years’ experience.

Apr 10, 3 Hr. Elective, "Dispute Resolution!" : A must for broker-owners and broker-managers, and perfect for a gathering of individual co-operating licensees. The session analyzes the sources of conflict and the proper ways to resolve disputes. Emphasis is placed on "preventive maintenance".

June 12, 3 Hr. Elective, "Non-Agency": Know this limited role - how to explain it and how to practice it. Use it as a tool to grow your relationship with the consumer or limit it and avoid confusion.

July 18 (Core), Delivered with Humor and Insight from 25 years experience.

Aug 14, 3 Hr. Elective, "Understanding Procuring Cause...": a review of the process for settling money disputes with an eye to avoiding the dispute in the first place.

Oct 17, 3 Hr. Elective, "Non-Agency": Know this limited role - how to explain it and how to practice it. Use it as a tool to grow your relationship with the consumer or limit it and avoid confusion.

Nov 7, The Mandatory Core, Delivered with Humor and Insight from 25 years experience.

Dec 12, 3 Hr. Elective plus Realtor Credit, "The Value of Ethics": This session is designed to introduce non-Realtors to the concept of abiding by an ethical code, and to remind Realtors of the value of that code. For Realtors, this also satisfies the NAR quadrennial requirement.
